I run something different, with decent success
Looks quite good, I like to run something different on a pvp W/N...it did much better than I first anticipated. Also, I believe that it would work wonders in PvE too, but I would reccomend packing something other than either Grenth's Balance or Well of Blood.
Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash
Final Thrust
Blood Renewal
Well of Blood
Grenth's Balance {E}
Rez Sig
ideally:
14 Swords (12+1+1, 10+1+1 is fine)
9 Strength (8+1, just for a good shield, I prefer the "while enchanted" hp+45 Dmg -2 since you can hypothetically keep Blood Ritual on constantly
A Knight's helm for the "-recieved dmg"
Rest of the armor is glad's
Also, if I had them I would run a superior vigor+superior absorbtion.
Max sword with +15% dmg while enchanted, equip it with a +2/-1 regen zealous hilt, I use a 1/1, it works just as well (maybe not just as well, but it still works great).
Right before you initiate a fight (i.e. a split second before you start swinging), use Blood Renewal. If you find that you are having trouble killing the other guy and he has far more hp than you, use Grenth's Balance to even the odds. It has a fairly quick recharge, low energy cost, and your zealous hilt will generally recharge the energy you need for it quickly. As soon as something dies, start the Well of Blood. It casts extremely fast and is helpful to have +9 regen when combining Well+Renewal.
This build is ALMOST invincible against even an IW mesmer in flat out hp dmg v. regen (when Grenth's was up, it was impossible for him to kill me, he only managed it after Well dropped). Against a degen necro, it's laughable how little they do to me, though it's a stalemate most of the time because I can't out damage +10 hp regen with the frequent blood magic spike.
I have defeated many anti-warriors with this build, and I welcome them in fights. I just LET THEM hex me with whatever damage hex they have (generally empathy+ineptitude), and swing away at them. I build adrenaline, and while they think I'm losing the fight, I use Grenth's, followed by my 4-hit combo attack, totally annhiliating them.
Basically, you get as much regen as you can instantly, and you have an "OH SH*T" power just in case. It isn't the best build, just what I have found works quite well.
I will stress that it is most successful in Random Arenas where teams do not tend to be constructed with any precision at all to strengths and weaknesses (I was a fire spiker one time with 3 anti-casters on my team...the other team was 2 w/mo, a r/mo interrupter, and a n/mo healer).
